Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Monday.com has streamlined many of our daily processes and communications. We use it to keep our listings updated and all of our staff in-the-know for all changes in real time. All of our staff members have the app on their phone so can keep abreast of changes or questions with any of our listings, while they are out in the field. We also use it to coordinate out web content creation and new listing as well. Monday keeps all the information and information exchange, task assignment, and coordination all in one place, so no more back and forth emails, CCing the whole team, and endless scrolling though email chains to find instructions for specific team members. Monday also has a CRM template that I am looking at for managing our deals, for now I have a board that I built with toggles just to track paperwork per deal like a check list- super effective but, I think the CRM might be even better. Monday is easy to use, very intuitive. We are not even using 25% of the features that Monday offers and it has been a miracle tool for communication and productivity. Our staff is now easily able to work and collaborate from across different time zones too! Everyone has an actionable list, and an easy place to ask questions. Monday has been a game changer for our small business!

Pros

Cons

  • The notifications and the inbox could be all together, in my opinion- I don't need two tabs to check for info.
  • I do not use the lockers/info boxes for information, just because I am not certain how much storage is available and the number of docs, photos, etc. that I have for each entry I think would fill up too quickly.
  • Monday has increased the communication between the sales staff and the support staff significantly.
  • Turnaround time for making corrections to our content and websites has been cut dramatically.
This tool has changed the way we communicate across teams. We are more efficient, and everyone is more accountable for their particular task. This has really changed our workflow for the better.
I really haven't had to contact customer support for anything. Monday is super easy to use and intuitive. The few times I've reached out about billing they have been very easy to deal with and helpful.
I am a huge fan of Monday.com It has made our communications and productivity seamless! I give it 5 out of 5 stars.
