Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have been creating dashboards and control screens integrating different platforms without having to code much - at least not coding any frontend code, permiting us to have more visibility and control of what's going on in the company.

Pros and Cons

Easy to add new graphs and tables
Lots of ready to use integrations
Easy to create custom integrations

Still requires coding for custom integrations
Could have a visual editor approach for data, similar to node red

Return on Investment

Saves time from everybody avoiding have to access multiple platforms
Makes workflow more visible making it possible to use the resources the best way possible

Usability

Most basic tasks are really easy to use, only having more work when integrating a platform that is not know from monday.com or having to manipulate data before consuming it.

Support Rating

Everytime we used the customer service was pretty responsive.

Reliability & Availability

We experienced a few downtimes from monday.com but on overall the tool works well and is very reliable.
