Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com to track business related task and conduct project management around budget, timeline and capacity planning etc.. The business problem is to have one platform that could help providing transparency of how the digital product is going when looking into different initiatives and features being under development and keep good tracking.

Pros

  • Easy to use interface as it's simply like Excel
  • Good visualisation with different colors and styling

Cons

  • Formula is not easy to setup compared to Excel
  • Certain limitation on what the forumula can do
  • The Kanban view of the board has lot of limitation on the viewing perspective
  • Save time in capacity planning
  • Enable project management tracking
It's easy enough to use and quick to adopt. However, it lacks some comprehensive feature for more in-depth use cases. So it's a good tool to be use by not amazing enough for a 10.
I have only attended some training sessions which were great, but not really having experience in the customer support
It's very reliable at least I haven't experience any downtime. Performance is smooth and design is easy to be used.

Organization who wants a handy tool that could be adopted easily for project management use or to build simple product / project roadmap.

It may not be suitable for larger organization with very complex hierarchy and structure with various dependencies as it doesn't quite fit for the use of complex scenario from my point of view.
