Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Our marketing and graphics department uses monday.com to manage all campaigns, develeopment of printed and posted materials and our weekly newsletter. We had in the past been trying to use a shared folder or countless numbers of emails. monday.com solved all of that allowing us to attach files, notifiy and gather approvals and streamline the whole process.

monday.com has a ton of integrations which I have not had an opportunity to delve into further. We use the Outlook integration now to allow us to tallk and share information with non-monday.com users to proceed with the projects. I hope to test some of the integrations out further in the future.
All support requests that we have come across have received a timely response and quick solution. No issues here.
We have been using monday.com for almost two years. I have not yet had an issue with their reliability. A+ here.
monday.com seems to solve the issues and concerns for our marketing and graphics needs. I personally use Asana for my projects and tracking purposes and monday.com for my interations with Marketing and their needs.

Microsoft 365 Business Premium, Exclaimer, Foxit PDF Editor (FoxitPhantom)
monday.com appears to be ideal for managing items across multiple users, gathering approvals and tracking where individuals, teams and groups are within projects. monday.com has a TON of integrations including Google, Microsoft, Zoom, Quickbooks and is straight forward and easy to understand.
Training is available always and support is quick to respond with solutions.
