Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com to organise process, store links, streamline operations. We are able to store different aspects of information on our boards, collating and grouping information for productivity, efficiency and accessibility. Projects, on-going operations and workflows are all facilitated by monday.com in our organisation, addressing a multitude of areas of the organisation.

Usability really easy to use and understand functionality. Different tools and aspects very easy for automating tasks and collaborating with teammates. However if groupings within boards were able to be adjusted to different headings and columns this would allow a better picture of storing processes and projects within the same place.
I have yet to experience the customer support as there have been no issues.
Regarding the functionality, usability and tools has been highly beneficial to improving the operations of our firm. Reliability is has been extremely good and the range of features offered allows for efficient employment of tasks, management systems and operations.

It is really easy to use. Really well suited to organisation tasks, storing information. understanding changes and updating colleagues on the progress of tasks. Automations are very helpful in progressing different operations of the business. Links to access different files are also really efficient storing all links in the same area improving efficiencies.
