We use monday.com accross our Customer Journey teams to organize tasks, projects and planning.
Pros
- UI very user friendly
- Very easy to use
- Super intuitive
Cons
- Would like new features to be explained
- Usage of columns across board is not easy to understand
- Improve autonomy accross teams
- Support and facilitate request from other teams
- Improve management of annual planning of strategies
It's one of our most used tools accross our customer journey teams.
We use Jira, Confluence, Miro and the full Salesforce stack and it's very reliable as are the other softwares.
