Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com to track hours for our Strategic Services team. This allows us to track revenue per head and ensure that we are staffing each of our accounts optimally.

Cons

  • Better integration with Google Calendar
  • Allows us to ensure we do not overspend on hiring
  • Allows us to provide leadership with tangible metrics of staffing needs
We came to monday.com after using TaskRay and the experience was exponentially better. The UI is so much easier for our teams to leverage.
