We use monday.com to manage projects, intake requests, and provide reporting across our various portfolios. Our org. needed a single platform to track all incoming work, monitor project progress, and provide visibility to leadership. Monday.com offers the functionality we needed today, along with continual feature enhancements that will support our company’s growth over time.

- The connection between the products of Dev, WM and Service.
- More customized sharing rules.
- Support - sometimes chat and email, or not most efficient, so would like to get someone on the phone regardless of # of seats.

- Seeing exactly how many projects tracking and statues of each.
- Making sure we meeting timelines.
Monday.com’s performance has been excellent overall. While there have been a few occasional hiccups—as is expected with any platform—they’re rare and easy to diagnose. The status page makes it simple to check for known issues, and the customization tools allow me to quickly identify if something failed and understand why.
Workfront offered a more intuitive user interface, which made team adoption easier. It also included additional products that aligned well with the needs of our Dev, Work Management, and Service teams.
