Overall Satisfaction with Namely

Namely is being used as the main portal for our employees which includes payroll, benefits administration, record keeping of personal time off.

  • Notification emails for employees changing their benefits or profiles
Namely has a lot of room for improvements in comparison with industry standard services but it has some decent functionality and improving on it slowly.
I was not part of the implementation process but I heard from my predecessor that when it happened in November 2018, there were a lot of manual things that had to be done and transfer of employee records and benefits administration was pretty manual.

Yes

Namely is cost-effective for smaller companies consisting of 1-50 employees. It also has a user-friendly interface and they have been improving the functionality a lot in the past year.
Namely is still very manual when it comes to updating benefits and communicating to vendors about changes or new enrollments.
