Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP
I use NetSuite ERP primarily in the Buyer/Planner model. I create items, manage inventory, and create invoices. I also run reports and input CRM data. Netsuite ERP helps us run our business efficiently and provide accurate sales and inventory data.
- User experience relating to building items.

- Accurate reporting of sales
- In my experience, we are not able to print tags/SKU stickers for Non-inventory items.
- In my opinion, it can be hard to pull correct reports from the Textbook module
- Productivity has increased, less time running reports, building items, etc
- Invoicing customers is more accurate, resulting in more accurate sales and collection of monies.
- Better financial picture of our business
We previously used Ratex and also Sequoia and they were both server-based. Netsuite ERP is lightyears ahead in terms of usability compared to the two previous products we used. Reporting and invoicing are the two that stand out as the biggest benefits in NetSuite ERP compared to the previous products. I have more accurate data and we are able to communicate with customers within NetSuite ERP. Being cloud-based has allowed me to work anywhere and complete tasks more timely.
