Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP
We use NetSuite for our Finance and Accounting dept. It is a big win for us in automating our finance processes - P2P, AR, R2R.
- GL Ledger posting and Trial balance.
- Finance reporting - Saved searches.
- Integrating with other systems.
- Customization of workflows.
- It should enhance the EFT module for Global payments instead of having the client build the integrations.
- The approvals for bills / PO, etc, should be email enabled. Users should not be required to log into Netsuite just for approval.
- It should allow flexibility in restricting accounts/dept/segments.
- Improved our Finance process and brought in more automation.
- Helped us to scale up for the future.
- Got us prepared for a potential IPO.
NetSuite is far superior in terms of use and ease of implementation. NetSuite can be customized easily compared to others, NetSuite is relatively more economical.
