Overall Satisfaction with NinjaOne
We utilize Ninja as an RMM - Endpoint Management, Patch Management, Remote Access, and Software Deployment. This tool allows us to run scripts against various endpoints, deploy antivirus and other various software against our entire scope, ensure that Windows and 3rd party patching are up to date, and login and resolve issues as needed. NinjaOne has empowered our IT team with the tools needed to maintain a secure, efficient, and reliable IT environment.
Pros
- Patch Management
- Script Deployment
- API Access
- Endpoint Management
Cons
- Backups
- Script Management
- More Granular User Permissions
- Less time spent on maintenance
- Increase awareness of failed patching
NinjaOne has significantly enhanced our ability to manage devices and support end-users.
The centralized management allows us to manage multiple devices across different clients at the same time, as well as deploying fixes for particular software with just a single script.
NinjaOne's Ninja Remote tool is on part with ScreenConnect and provides us everything we need within a remote session.

NinjaOne has direct integrations with BitDefender Gravity Zone and SentinelOne which allow us to deploy those AV/EDR tools directly to our agents. Any installation issues are handled right within the NinjaOne portal and we generate notifications for those issues. This has allowed us to ensure that all devices are covered by the appropriate tool.
NinjaOne's reporting features also give us peace of mind that our patching is at an acceptable state.

This isn't specific to Ninja, as most RMM's allow this kind of functionality. We have numerous automations in place, but one of the biggest time savers is the ability to run scripts as soon something is triggered. For example, if a device is low on space, we are immediately able to run scripts that clear temporary files, run a disk cleanup, and scan the drive with a tool to give us a clear indication of what is taking up the most space.
NinjaOne feels like a smaller company, and I mean that in a good way. Their support is quick and helpful and because of our size we are escalated directly to their level 2 support. Our account manager is eager to assist and get ideas/issues to the right people and put those requests into the roadmap to be developed.
