Overall Satisfaction with ON24
Across the whole organization. We use it to support our research subscription service to share information with our customers.
- Lead generation
- It's a very stable system. As long as you have a strong internet connection to support the software it works well.
- Customer service: Generally I get help very quickly when needed.
- When setting up a webinar series, the security settings that you use to set up individual webinars don't work. It would be great if we could set security settings for a full series. For instance, blocking Gmail email addresses.
I'm not sure because this is outside of my role at our company.
- I mainly use it to increase customer engagement around renewals and it's definitely working. Our customers have come to depend on our webinar series to get information and it's been a great tool.
- Cisco Webex Teams (formerly Cisco Spark) and Zoom
I think these could be used for different types of events, however, I don't recommend Zoom. Zoom cuts meetings off at a specified time while On24 doesn't and I think that's a nice feature of On24. We use Teams for more of our internal events and calls but On24 for customer facing.
