Overall Satisfaction with ON24

ON24 is largely used within the organization, both internally and outside the company. It used for training Sales about our products and solutions. It also used outside the company to reach out to our prospects and educate them about our offering along with our existing customers to make sure we keep them updated about the new solutions that we're bringing to the market. It allows the company to have a very engaging and dynamic way of communicating and sharing knowledge with a large range of people at the same time. It is a very powerful tool and also flexible.
  • It allows us to share thought leadership with our audience, bringing them up to speed with the best practices and the challenges we;'re solving for them
  • It allows us to train our Sales people about our new range of products and solutions
  • Powerful tool to use and very engaging, as it is easy to consume both live and on-demand
  • Time selection feature is not friendly at all.
  • Eloqua integration can be complicated, especially when using a widget like Resources that is hard to integrate to Eloqua. That needs to be adjusted, or best practices need to be shared with Eloqua users of ON24.
  • Help build our pipeline.

ON24 is more friendly and more intuitive to work with than other tools and platforms currently available in the market place.ON24 is easier to work with than other platforms form my point of view because it offers several types of webinar types whether fully live, partially live, or fully recorded which very helpful. It covers all the scenarios possible for a company like ours.
ON24 is integrated with Eloqua so we're able to automatically get the list of people who registered, no-shows and all attendees and score them accordingly. Once again, I think ON24 has lots of possibilities, but not all of them integrate well with Eloqua and as a consequence, I tend not to use ON24 at its full power.

It is well suited for all the stages of the buyer's journey but less appropriate for doing a demo. It is easy to work with, but can be challenging when it comes to editing the recording.

ON24 Reliability

ON24 is generally available and it is generally a very reliable platform. That being said, several times I had issues using the phone number provided. The telephone bridge does not always work for all the countries and I had to use the US number, despite the fact the speakers were not based in the US.
