We use On24 as our webinar platform for our webinar products, our company's primary product. We have our system fully integrated into On24 for automated emails and registration after customers purchase through our separate cart system. We build the webcasts, set up all of the configurations, and moderate our webinars within On24.

Our company used On24 prior to the pandemic as the webinar platform for our products. We have increased our volume of webinars in the last 2 years, and ON24 has given us the capability to keep those webcasts organized and consistent. The ability to create template webcasts has ensured that all of our branding and webinar quality stays consistent.
Zoom limitations that didn't meet our needs: No automated emails, no follow up with the recorded product, audience console was not customizable, audience console didn't contain all of the items we needed and was clunky for audience members to use
