We use ON24 for large-scale meetings with multiple presenters and slideshows. Also great for showing videos

- Last minute changes cannot be done because the tech needs time to review
- I think mic checks for presenters could be done prior to meeting

We were able to host a large-scale meeting about inclusions diversity and equity with employees and speakers from all around the world. IT allowed them to engage interact and ask questions as well as have a personal connection. It also was good that we could switch from presentations and then to videos back to a question and answer segment.

I think ON24 sacks up pretty well against most of these the only downfall I have is that last-minute changes or quick turnaround aren't usually a good fit. During a call, they are amazing its those last-minute issues or changes that would need to get to the tech and have them check it over. I do like the screen layout versus some of these as well for ON24

We do have premium support this way if we have any issues we can get them resolved in a timely manner. We also have it so that there can be someone on the call who can help with housekeeping etc. I like knowing that there is someone to turn to when we have a problem
We had a big meeting recently where users or attendees were attending On24 and Webex and had to switch back and for for a 2-day event between both platforms. On24 was a godsend for helping us out and maneuvering their platform side to link up at the times that we need them when we weren't on Webex.
