Overall Satisfaction with OneSource Virtual

OneSource Virtual is the perfect partner for our Payroll/HR/Benefits department utilizing Workday. From the initial implementation to our ongoing administrative services for benefits, tax filing, garnishments, and as needed AMS services, we feel OneSource Virtual is an extension of our team.
  • Assist configuration in the tenant for areas we cannot manage internally.
  • Settle payroll timely and effectively.
  • Manage tax filing effectively which is a very tedious task.
  • Assist open enrollment configuration and process.
  • Would like to see less emails for the ticketing status.
  • Would like to see improvement in the reporting in the tax portal. Has had some advancements, but still not extremely helpful source of reconciling details.

  • OneSource Virtual improves the efficiency of the payroll and benefits function.
  • OneSource Virtual adds value by sourcing Workday knowledge and functional expertise.
We have only used or considered OneSource Virtual in the due diligence process for implementing Workday.
We have always had timely and efficient responses where needed, including a rolling monthly call with support to evaluate and discuss all open projects or cases.
OneSource Virtual is a great partner to manage the Workday platform for aspects of the payroll process that is more efficient to outsource, rather than manage internally.

I would say the benefit we had was that we engaged OSV as our Workday implementation partner, therefore, the rest was seamless.

Initially we did when we first implemented Workday, but scaled back after our team was more experienced and now we purchase a bucket of hours with AMS.
We needed quick assistance for and EIB to mass update salary increases, and received prompt and thorough assistance.
