Perfect Partner for our Workday Solution
OneSource Virtual is the perfect partner for our Payroll/HR/Benefits department utilizing Workday. From the initial implementation to our ongoing administrative services for benefits, tax filing, garnishments, and as needed AMS services, we feel OneSource Virtual is an extension of our team.
- Assist configuration in the tenant for areas we cannot manage internally.
- Settle payroll timely and effectively.
- Manage tax filing effectively which is a very tedious task.
- Assist open enrollment configuration and process.
- Would like to see less emails for the ticketing status.
- Would like to see improvement in the reporting in the tax portal. Has had some advancements, but still not extremely helpful source of reconciling details.
- OneSource Virtual has reduced the administrative time and staff requirement for benefits, payroll, and garnishment, therefore reducing headcount and associated costs.
- OneSource Virtual improves the efficiency of the payroll and benefits function.
- OneSource Virtual adds value by sourcing Workday knowledge and functional expertise.
We have only used or considered OneSource Virtual in the due diligence process for implementing Workday.

Just Say Yes, You Will be Glad You Did!
Currently, OneSource Virtual is our payroll partner for our Canadian and USA operations. They were our implementation partners that implemented Workday for Canada and the USA. We have been working with them for the last 3 years. We are currently using them as a support for managed payroll in our USA and the regular support for our Canadian stores.
- They know the Workday system inside and out.
- They are accountable for the services they provide and stay true to their deliverables.
- They are very responsive in dealing with issues.
- OneSource Virtual's atmosphere sends silly update emails, such as an automated response, to cases that indicate the case has not been updated. With the number of emails I get in a day, this seems silly.
- I would also like them to assist with training us on how things are configured. I know that their business is to do it, but assisting us and teaching us how would be helpful.
- Workday has impacted our employees significantly. OneSource Virtual was the partner to implement that. Our initial implementation had some bumps. However, OneSource Virtual stood true to their values and made it right, at their cost. Not all companies will do this.
We have not utilized other partners in our Workday journey.

The relationship has been built. They have the banking integrations and it is very expensive to do it ourselves.
The competitors we evaluated were not Workday-compliant. Their model involved teaching and growing our staff on the use of the Workday tool. We would have gone with them if they were Workday Certified. They are working on it and we will be considering them as a possibility in the next renewal.
