Overall Satisfaction with OpenAir PSA
We currently use OpenAir for resource management/project management and time tracking purposes. Mainly our Integration/Project Management groups primarily use it. It saves a lot of time for our business pursuits for the professional services department.

- Not intiuitive
- Better best practices
- Time Tracking for Projects have been an extreme benefit.
- Resource Allocation
- Billing and Sales for external clients have been bad and had to go to a different resource for htat.
It is very good to time tracking, resource management, etc. But for Sales specifically and accounting Salesforce helped us much better.
