Overall Satisfaction with Outreach
We're currently using Outreach for our sales team to help with SDR and Account Executive meeting setting. It helps us log activity instantaneously and set up various outreach plans depending on the market and role of the user we're connecting with. It gives us plenty of time back in our day without having to worry about activities and what needs to occur each day.
- Easy integration within Salesforce to set up various contacts or leads in sequences quickly and easily.
- Sequences are extremely helpful when trying to set up the right email to call chain of events.
- Overall it's very easy to use and it is something I have open on a day-to-day basis for various insights.
- Activity reporting and tracking for who has opened, received, or clicked on an email can be inaccurate at times.
- Can get complicated with the amount of features that are available, but I'm not a master admin on the platform.
- Definitely helped increase my meetings set as most of the stakeholders I reach out to reply via email.
- New meetings set by the platform has resulted in new business for myself and I'm assuming others on our team.
I've only used Outreach so my experience is limited.
