Overall Satisfaction with Outreach
We use Outreach for automated nurture campaigns on the marketing side of the house, and on the sales side we use it for all of our prospecting activities. Sequencing, managing leads, and setting demos is all done in Outreach. We try to make it so reps don't have to leave the platform.
Pros
- Great features--there is almost anything you could want with Outreach
- Triggers--the automation component is great
Cons
- Custom fields; there is a limit on the number of custom fields that can be used.
- Prospect detail layout; the details of a prospect are difficult to see and could use a UI upgrade.
- Data validation; this is a great feature, but NULL isn't allowed which hinders some processes.
Reports in Outreach are not customizable, which is sometimes a hassle. We mostly look at how many prospects have been added to sequences in a timeframe to see if reps are consistently working fresh leads. We also look at the optimal times of day to reach out to prospects.
