Outreach is used by the sales department, everything from SDRs to sales executives. We use it for client outreach, responding to leads, and general prospecting activities. It is most heavily utilized by the sales development team.

- Focus on quantity over quality.
- Best for sales development and not strategic use case.
Metric reporting is solid and integrates well with Salesforce and other tools. It’s a good way to track dials, emails, sentiment, meetings booked, etc.
- It maximizes our reach.
- SDR output has gone up.
- More leads passed has equaled more opportunities created and closed.
Outreach is the clear winner here. Both are similar, but Outreach sets the standard for ease of use and I integration.
