Overall Satisfaction with Outreach
Outreach is being used to follow up with inbound sales and to do cold outreach to outbound sales. They help automate our outreach, stay organized, see where each prospect is alongside the sales pipeline, and manage all our sales reps in one place. It is used by our sales department.
Pros

Cons
- There are some features that require an upcharge
- I wish the Chrome extension and gmail integration worked better
- I would have liked a better onboarding program
Outreach has a built-in analytics dashboard which makes seeing the big picture of the business super easy. I rarely need to run sales reports or any type of reports because the information that I need is already built-in. The only information I would probably generate in the future is just for quarterly reviews of the company to find our most revenue-generating clients.

Outreach is by far superior to both Hubspot and Google Docs in terms of managing sales. Before I would need multiple apps to manage clients, send emails, book appointments, etc. Outreach does all of this in one place and so that is why I think it is the best out of the software that I have tried previously.
