Overall Satisfaction with PagerDuty
PagerDuty has been amazing notification support to monitor and notify who's on call. It has gotten us up and running much quicker whenever we have a system issue. Before using PagerDuty, it was the responsibility of those on-call to monitor systems to make sure things were not having issues.

- Ever since using PagerDuty, those who are on call or backup have been able to quickly get things back up and running. Before, it would take multiple hours for issues to be resolved.
PagerDuty has a mobile app that we utilize for notifications to on-call agents rather than email notifications that we get from Splunk. Having the ability to not be focused on monitoring systems throughout computers and simply getting notified on our phones has helped tremendously.
