Overall Satisfaction with PagerDuty
It's used by the Engineering department to alert us of any production issues. It's across teams and products.
- It allows us to have just one support call rotation for off-hour support.
- PagerDuty integrates with a bunch of our different vendors.
- The app is sometimes confusing to find alerts when they have been resolved previously.
- Not much impact.
Absolutely. It'd be hard to have confidence in the product otherwise.
Great integrations into AWS, Site24, Google cloud, etc.
We don't like being stuck to our computers, so the mobile app is essential to be free of worry while on call.
