Overall Satisfaction with PagerDuty

We use PagerDuty within our IT organization to alert the appropriate people to any operational issues within our product or infrastructure.

We've literally never had a time where PagerDuty failed to communicate with us about an issue in our infrastructure or product. Whether luck or excellence, our experience has been 100% positive.
The only integrations we've used so far are custom.
Our workflow is quite simple. We recognize the power that PagerDuty has in their offering, but it is more than we need right now. Sometimes KISS applies. This is one of those cases.
We don't use PagerDuty analytics.
It has been a long time since I selected PagerDuty. It has been so good that I haven't wasted any time looking for alternatives.
I gave PagerDuty support a "10" because it wouldn't have been fair to give them any less. We've never had a need to call them.

PagerDuty is a great tool to hook into an existing infrastructure that relies on people reading emails or texts. It allows multiple people to be notified at once and shows a clear chain of who was notified and when.
