Overall Satisfaction with PagerDuty
It's an amazing tool. It streamlines incident management by making sure the right people are alerted at the right time. On-call scheduling is very easy to manage, and its integration with other tools also makes it super useful. Overall, I will say it's a must-have for those managing incidents in their organizations.

- It can automatically escalate unresolved incidents.
- It can send notifications through multiple channels.
- Great analytics.
Cons
- System UI is easy to understand, but the phone UI is a bit complex.
- Although rare but it sometimes triggers too many alerts for not-so-important issues.

- We have reduced our incident-solving time.
- It has helped us improve our efficiency.
I haven't used it hardcore, but it was ok may be I haven't got the full gist of it, but I really think PagerDuty is really superior to it.
