Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

Sales uses PandaDoc to send documents needed for signature to prospects and clients. We also use it to send proposals to any and all prospects.

This is how we are able to track signatures for contracts signed as well as extensions for current agreements. Also used to track who opens what.

Pros

  • Works fast and efficient.

Cons

  • Some tools can be buggy.
  • More intuitive sending options.
  • No memory for common settings.
  • Saves time.
  • Efficient.
  • Easy for customers to use and understand.
  • Extensions.
  • Employee contracts.
  • Internal documents.
PandaDoc holds its own to DocuSign. There isn’t much of a difference between the two.

PandaDoc allows you to really get the same look and feel as some of the other well known tools out there. It’s great that it leaves nothing to be desired from a standard functions perspective.
PandaDoc is great for the SMB crowd. It shines because it allows organizations to do larger things than it normally would be capable of.

It’s well suited for an environment where you need a solution for document signing on a regular basis with a competitive price and great tool set.
