We use PandaDoc in its most traditional sense - for electronic signatures on contracts and to send out proposals.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Easy to use.
Drag and Drop HTML/Content editing tools are pretty good.
Analytics are nice.

Cons

Licensing is really prohibitive for smaller companies.
Export to Word document is a severely lacking feature.

Return on Investment

PRO: We are generating better, more professional proposals and contracts.
CON: Steeper learning curve for less tech-savvy users.

Innovative Uses

PandaDoc is SO close to becoming a tool that we could use in other contexts but it really has fallen short, so we are limited our use to strictly sales workflows.

Alternatives Considered

DocuSign

PandaDoc had better contract creation tools, created richer content, and had a more modern look and feel.

Other Software Used

Miro, HubSpot CRM, Atlassian Confluence

Likelihood to Recommend

I like this tool. It's the modern day DocuSign with modern day sensibilities.
