Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

Used by a department initially and trying to expand to rest of the departments stage by stage. It covers for property management and Accounting and Finance and Human resource solutions.
  • Templates.
  • Memorandum.
  • Standard letters to employees.
  • Editing options are restricted.
  • Form designing needs improvement.
  • Time saving.
  • Monitor who has read your letter.
  • Hassel free.
It is extensive work to do initially but later it becomes easier.
eSignature is good as it comes with a certificate separate who signed and what time. For other things it's beneficial too.
Needs improvement as there are formatting issue after you compose a template and it goes to second page if you type in the template.

PandaDoc gives unlimited signature option which is far cheaper then its market competitor. We are a charity and cannot flash our money, still have to make efficient communication with supplier and donors. With PandaDoc we can now communicate with all stakeholders in equally efficient manner.
Good for communication with employees, less appropriate to communicate for the first time as it sometimes land in junk folder for our suppliers.
