Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

Mostly for proposals, quotes and contracts with customers. It's being used by sales, and by the administration department. It has benefited the closure process and customer acquisition, considering the automatic follow-up process that PandaDoc is able to do while the sales reps focuses on the next deals ahead. The fact that the result of the proposals is a well rounded document helps too.

Well, while the reusable templates is in fact very useful the most interesting thing for us has been the ease of use of the editor 2.0 since it really speeds up the process and is quite more flexible than the previous version as well. Also the integration with our CRM has been key.
All of the above has proven to be very useful. From a commitment standpoint, the customer feels compelled to go ahead with the deal when they sign, doesn't matter if it's through mobile or desktop. Though it's not as common to have customer comment on the documents, it's very insightful to have the possibility when it's used.
Mostly because of the new editor, and when we have the possibility to integrate with Canva as well, it doubles up the creativity to generate documents that give a great impression to start with. We're very pleased with the results we have as of now with PandaDoc and we're demanding our sales department to avoid the usage of any other tool for document creation.

We ended up choosing PandaDoc because of the integration with our own CRM that really expedites quick closures with little to no effort with just a couple of clicks, we create the opportunity, assign the document through PandaDoc and with just a few clicks more, we're good go to. It became this simple.
Freshworks CRM (formerly Freshsales), Wrike, Google Workspace (formerly G Suite)
It's well suited for document creation overall, for contracts, proposals and any document that might need review from a counterpart, so not only for sales, but also for legal documentation as well. We have found that user commitment starts with their signature, which is the previous process for the PO from the commercial standpoint, therefore it's a well accepted platform to close better deals.
