Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

We use PandaDoc to streamline our engagement, education and employer application processes.
  • Integration with our current CRM.
  • Application process.
  • Template creation and standardizing client engagement materials.
  • Definitely need to add a radio button option to their forms. It almost kept us from using the service.
  • Saves time with employer (client) contracts as well as internal Agent contracts.
  • Helps build a cohesive brand across all engagement efforts.
  • Makes compliance issues easier to track with both internal and external clients.
Templates are essential and make standardization a breeze. The Pipedrive integration is an absolute ease. We are just beginning to explore the API capabilities, but that is on the horizon to help integrate some of our own proprietary tools.
On this topic we haven't had to use these features, or they are pretty similar to other services we have used in the past. Adobe Sign as well as SignNow.
This is a big winner for us. Combining our inhouse designer with the PandaDoc process is resulting in some very nice service and consulting brands. It would be nice to add a better linking system within each document to the table of contents that can survive through being downloaded as a pdf.

  • Also have plans to put training materials that can have agent sign offs.
PandaDoc's integration with Pipedrive and template design capabilities helped it win out over these other services. Again, the major complaint is not having a radio button in as a form element. It is desperately needed and still means we are hanging on to these other services to use them when PandaDoc doesn't work.
Pipedrive, Asana, Ease (formerly EaseCentral)
It serves well in the sales process to include a well defined brand in all your digital engagement with your clients. Integration with Pipedrive makes it very easy to standardize sales materials, contracts and applications.
