Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our company uses PandaDoc to send contracts for review and signature. We use this across all departments in our company, and our teams find it very easy to use. It makes signing contracts/addendums/waivers easy to navigate, and it makes sure that we receive all of the necessary information we need when setting up new accounts.

We switched from DocuSign to PandaDoc, and we are very happy. They are comparable programs, but PandaDoc is cheaper.

PandaDoc is easy to use to send pre-written agreements that need signatures (or additional information). We create contracts offline and then upload the pdfs of those contracts to PandaDoc - they make it easy to add signature blocks (or information such as dates, addresses, etc.), and it is easy to assign these to specific people.
