Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

Our company uses PandaDoc to send contracts for review and signature. We use this across all departments in our company, and our teams find it very easy to use. It makes signing contracts/addendums/waivers easy to navigate, and it makes sure that we receive all of the necessary information we need when setting up new accounts.

  • Automated reminder emails
  • Ability to see if the other contacts have viewed/received the contract
  • It could be easier to add/edit the sizes of template blocks
  • Changes to the types of reminders
  • So much easier than sending contracts as PDFs (makes sure we receive the necessary info)
  • Speeds up the sales process
Their reusable templates and custom fields make it easy to create contracts for review quickly. For documents that are used often (and don't need to be edited beforehand), it is so helpful to insert the templates and quickly send the appropriate documents to the correct person. It is also nice to be able to make small edits in the contracts without the need to completely re-do the entire process of assigning signatures.
The ability to make comments is very helpful! It allows contacts to be able to quickly communicate with us, which speeds up our sales process.
The features look very professional, and the verification of signatures given at the end of a completed contract is a nice touch. My only reason for giving 8/10 is that the name can sometimes give off the impression of not feeling very professional.

We switched from DocuSign to PandaDoc, and we are very happy. They are comparable programs, but PandaDoc is cheaper.

Yes

PandaDoc is easy to use to send pre-written agreements that need signatures (or additional information). We create contracts offline and then upload the pdfs of those contracts to PandaDoc - they make it easy to add signature blocks (or information such as dates, addresses, etc.), and it is easy to assign these to specific people.
