Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

PandaDoc is an all-inclusive document workflow integration and automation program that enables our company to simplify workflow and create and share documents in a much more efficient and timely fashion.

The beauty of Pandadoc can be found in its ease of use, historically low cost, and ability to empower growing teams in helping them create, manage and sign digital documents.

PandaDoc’s automated workflows save everyone on our team countless hours and back and forth between designs, layouts, and signature lines/styles. The functionality and custom layouts make it easy for our team to make decisions quickly and turnaround to our prospective entities, which to us is one of the most important parts of our sales and client service process.

We also prefer PandaDoc’s eSignatures instead of a few other similar competitors that we’ve used in the past.
PandaDoc’s ability to streamline deal cycles for our sales and onboarding team has been the biggest benefit since adding the software to our arsenal of tools, apps, and widgets. Historically dealing with other programs like DocuSign was difficult going back and forth with prospective entities and tracking redlining, edits and revisions. PandaDoc’s redlining tool makes it much easier to track changes and comments. It also saves review time and tracking for our internal teams and organization as a whole.
The overall aesthetic and look and feel of PandaDoc is a fresh and exciting take on document/contract programs. It does look starkly different from its competitors, which I think is a big selling point/differentiator of PandaDoc. However, I’m not a huge fan of their layout and feel that it could look/feel more professional with smoother lines, transitions, and fewer frills.

PandaDoc is a great alternative to DocuSign and has a handful of better features related to custom documents and blending logos and marketing efforts. I’ve had a few glitches and lag problems with PandaDoc that I’ve never experienced with DocuSign. However, I like the look and feel of PandaDoc.

PandaDoc is fantastic for handing the document creation, approval, and execution process from start to finish. The ability for multiple team members and users to share the same document while editing and uploading make PandaDoc extremely efficient and easy to use.

The overall aesthetics of PandaDoc’s documents make it an extremely attractive tool, especially when considering the importance of sending these types of documents to prospective buyers/clients. PandaDoc also makes it extremely easy for the recipients to receive said documents and sign/execute them.
