Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

We use PandaDoc to create order forms and invoices, mostly when our other software cannot create custom or dynamic orders.
  • Custom tables
  • Dynamic fields that auto populate based on your profile
  • Quick fill to carry over duplicate fields
  • Review - my organization struggles with the lack of approvals that allow anything to end up on an order form without oversight.
  • When pulling items from a book/catalog to insert into a pricing table, it doesn't go in numerical order. It pulls 'contains,' meaning if you search for a 300 tier of something, you get 300 000, 300, 33,000, etc. It also pulls descriptions that contain the search term. It's messy and cumbersome.
  • New business AEs like it because it's a huge time saver for us.
I've not used many of the features outside of creating a document, but the dynamic tables and the content library are HUGE wins.
We don't use any of these. I wish we had redlining in here.
The documents are clean. Same font size, font, etc., are important to looking standardized.
I've only used PandaDoc and CPQ.

Yes

It allows me to quickly make multiple versions of the same proposal that might have a slight difference. In other programs, this would require me to make a totally new contract each time.
