Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc
Our department is using PandaDoc for the creation of the documentation of our procedures and systems as well as everything related to the flow and approval of said documents, manuals, and procedures. In turn, we propose the possibility of expanding its use in other departments in the future.
Pros
- The creation of forms for the collection of information is a great advantage that increases productivity
- Being able to create templates to facilitate document creation is helpful
- Integration with other tools allows the work to be efficient and effective
Cons
- Document editing can be a bit difficult for less experienced users
- When using drag and drop with some objects such as tables, sometimes it does not turn out as expected
- It would be helpful to have a version controller
- Everything that makes the work efficient is very well received by the department as it helps with the goals
- By automating some repetitive tasks it makes us meet our objectives in less time
- In our department, we use PandaDoc to collect internal information to improve procedures.
- We also use PandaDoc to speed up the creation of manuals for our users as well as for our department.
Although we can all have our documents organized, share them, and contribute to creating these with other members of our team, PandaDoc offers a level of automation and efficiency that increases productivity wherever it is used.
