Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

Our department is using PandaDoc for the creation of the documentation of our procedures and systems as well as everything related to the flow and approval of said documents, manuals, and procedures. In turn, we propose the possibility of expanding its use in other departments in the future.
  • The creation of forms for the collection of information is a great advantage that increases productivity
  • Being able to create templates to facilitate document creation is helpful
  • Integration with other tools allows the work to be efficient and effective
  • Document editing can be a bit difficult for less experienced users
  • When using drag and drop with some objects such as tables, sometimes it does not turn out as expected
  • It would be helpful to have a version controller
  • Everything that makes the work efficient is very well received by the department as it helps with the goals
  • By automating some repetitive tasks it makes us meet our objectives in less time
The form creation tool to collect the necessary data is very useful and appreciated since it provides us with an orderly and agile way of data collection. In addition, the document templates avoid us investing time in formatting manuals or creating procedures.
The most used within our department are the collaborative comments in the different documents that are being created, which helps us do a better job, in addition to the notifications, which are very timely and meet their objectives perfectly within the scheme of the tool.
PandaDoc offers a very good work environment in creating documents, offering the essentials that formal and professional documents of a department or organization need, with some limitations or small flaws but nothing that cannot be overcome.
