Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

PandaDoc was the primary proposal and contract generator for all client-facing agreements. It was also leveraged to more effectively collect, document, and manage signatures for both approval of proposals and for client contracts. Equally important, it served as the template repository for proposals and RFPs, allowing for simpler, more rapid production of agreements.

  • Substantially reduced contract errors thru the use of templates
Reusable templates and uniform, automated workflows were the game-changers. To be able to stash key langue to reuse, as well as base off successful bids, was a godsend.
Mobile-friendly contracting is EVERYTHING! Taking the effort of logging in out of the client's set of challenges substantially shortened the road to an agreement!
It looks great and seems seamless, but it can be tricky for those who aren’t highly adept with web-based platforms.
