Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

As a small business, we use PandaDoc to set-up agreements with individuals who will work with our company for short periods of time. A representative from the company and the individual both sign the document. This helps us all be on the same page and prevents misunderstandings. It also creates clarity about the copyrights to the work we produce together.

  • PandaDoc has helped me save time as I don't have to continually create new documents for signing, I can simply and quickly copy the document and assign to a new signer

PandaDoc is really quick for creating a document for eSignature. I simply upload the document, choose where I want electronic input, and assign each item to an email address. I can quickly copy and reassign for different individuals. PandaDoc is also flexible for sending, so I can send it in the document as a link in my [inbox] materials or have PandaDoc send the email for me.
We've benefited from the mobile-friendly and easy-to-use eSignature capabilities of PandaDoc. We've never had a partner run into glitches or difficulties in accessing or signing our documents.
PandaDoc creates professional documents simply. This helps increase confidence in our partners when we're working with them for the first time.

I've been really pleased with PandaDoc for my small business needs. It's allowed me to create and send documents in a way that's flexible, well-organized, and secure so that both parties can sign them. And I was able to get started for free which is a big benefit when you're building a business.
