Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

We are an ambulance provider. We need specific information to submit claims successfully. We send PandaDoc forms to patients and providers to obtain what we need. Completed forms are imported and processed. The process is more efficient. Claims are submitted quicker with fewer errors. Postage is saved. The patient responses are faster.
  • It was easy to create documents.
  • There are multiple options to communicate. The web application, chat, integration through Teams, and the app.
  • Training has [been] great. I can have multiple sessions so users can have their questions answered.
  • I am waiting for conditional formatting. This would make the product more competitive with other brands.
  • Onboarding was not as seamless as it could be. I had to follow up for that process to start. Once it did, it was good.
  • I would love to see more flexibility in the final appearance of the document. I would love to leverage other options we have with [fewer] issues.
  • We have seen an increase in actionable data. The information we receive is more accurate. There is less room for human error.
  • Patients respond faster. We send our form via links in a text message. We are averaging 150-200 more calls daily since we started using PandaDoc.
  • Our process is easier to manage. We receive a completed PDF that is automatically moved to a shared location. We use less paper.
I have made custom forms using the templates. It was easy to do and to train others. We used previous forms as templates as well. I appreciate the ability to use our branding when sending emails and links. It builds confidence in our patients.
We receive more patient responses than we did before. Our patient data is more accurate. We increased the consent for cellphone and email contact. Our collections improved. Patient contact has improved.
I updated the Falck branding and it worked beautifully.

PandaDoc was a better value for us. We were just starting the process. It was a fraction of the cost. The trial was a good test for us.

We have found multiple uses for the product. We need specific information for billing. Those details are easily captured. Simple forms work best for now. More complicated forms require conditional formatting. That feature is on the 2022 roadmap. It will make it easier. Integration with other programs can make processes more automated.
