Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc
We are using PandaDoc to submit equipment lease contracts to our customers. PandaDoc has sped up and streamlined the process. We operate in multiple states and can now efficiently obtain signatures regardless of where the customer is located. I love that it allows us to copy our sales team on the contracts for their customers. Before we often had to rely on the sales team to get the signed documents to us, which was not always done in a timely manner. Faster signatures means quicker turn around on sales commissions as well.

The automated workflow has been great. When I submit, my supervisor can approve, customer signs, [and] sales team can check the progress. The templates are easy to use and to update when needed. The best part is bringing everyone together. For example, I am in Minnesota, my sales team member can be in Wisconsin or Iowa, and it can be approved by our customer's corporate office in Texas.
A lot of our customers are at job sites throughout the day. They might be building a house or trimming trees, but can still open and sign their lease contracts regardless of where they are as long as they have access to their email.
I love that we can easily add in photos of the equipment we are selling. The templates allow me to spend less time overall on creating and editing the contracts.

I hope to see more of our departments begin to use PandaDoc. Our leasing department has found it very helpful. I think our sales team would benefit greatly by using it for proposals and quotes.
