Easy and efficient PandaDoc
Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc
We are using PandaDoc to submit equipment lease contracts to our customers. PandaDoc has sped up and streamlined the process. We operate in multiple states and can now efficiently obtain signatures regardless of where the customer is located. I love that it allows us to copy our sales team on the contracts for their customers. Before we often had to rely on the sales team to get the signed documents to us, which was not always done in a timely manner. Faster signatures means quicker turn around on sales commissions as well.
Pros

- Templates are easy to use
- Documents are organized and easy to find
- Contacts are easy to manage
Cons
- If an email is invalid (often due to typos) the doc has to be reapproved
- It would be great to be able to add additional fields to contacts
- Improved customer satisfaction
- Quicker processing means faster commissions for our sales team
- Efficiency - all participants get copies that I don't have to distribute manually
A lot of our customers are at job sites throughout the day. They might be building a house or trimming trees, but can still open and sign their lease contracts regardless of where they are as long as they have access to their email.
