Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

PandaDoc is currently used by the sales team only at our organization. It allows users to curate sales templates and internal authority approvals with ease. PandaDoc enables us to have asynchronous collaboration on proposals across verticals and sales portfolios. The integration with Salesforce allows us to pull the data into proposal decreasing human error - name, title, legal company names, etc.
  • Integration with Salesforce.
  • Moving pages and sections on each page with ease.
  • Client to electronically sign and results in real time.
  • Adding of templates, images, pricing.
  • Integration with Grammarly or some spell check and grammar program.
  • Allowing hi-resolution pictures only.
  • Internal approval (made in template) allow for transfer of approval when on out of office - vacation, leave, sick, etc.
  • Storytelling for clients and new clients in what we do.
  • Professionalism over an email proposal.
  • Templates and integration with Salesforce have decreased turnaround and wait times to get information to clients.
We only use it for proposals as we are not approved to use it as a legally binding document. We use templates, a content library and the ability to update as needed with the latest information. Having the audit and workflow view allows us to collaborate on ways to improve our processes as required. If this program was not integrated with Salesforce, we would not be using it.
Real-time notifications allow us to stay proactive in our sales process and move opportunities through the pipeline.
We absolutely use the tools for internal reviewers for approvals to catch errors and add comments to continuously improve our professional proposals.
Being able to review and comment on our phones has decreased our turnaround time to get information to the client.
Easy to use with access to manual and document support. We like the professionalism of the documents we share with clients. Again, accessibility on mobile phones. We see updates in real-time that allows the team to adapt as required to enhance our proposals.
  • Provide a new client with information on what, why and how we provide services without recommended solutions.
  • Presentation to internal stakeholders on what we are working on with clients.
The integration and service level for us is better with PandaDoc. We are able to adjust, embedded and showcase images, from the content library with ease and the tables allow us to tell our story without having to write too many paragraphs.

Yes

Are you happy with PandaDoc's feature set?

Yes

Did PandaDoc live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of PandaDoc go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy PandaDoc again?

Yes

  1. Well suited for sales teams for product and sales services. Ability to curate quick templates for existing clients and in-depth templates for new clients to showcase the Why and How in what we do.
  2. We have stakeholders centralized for overall contracts and not within our team, so PandaDoc is solely used for a proposal with our team, as we are not approved to use it as a binding legal contract.

Evaluating PandaDoc and Competitors

Yes - As previously mentioned Proposify. We found for proposal writing it had limited capabilities to add images, tables, structure to tell our story.
  • Price
  • Product Features
  • Product Usability
Usability - it needed to have value and the integration needed to be easy and not bog the sales team down in curating new proposals. Their focus is to sell and not be slowed down by our processes and programs.
I was not part of the selection process, but I encourage the users - not just the decision-makers - to use the product as they would for any live client interaction and gather extensive feedback.
