Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

PandaDoc was used to send sales quotes. It simplified the process of sending quotes and allowed you to keep track of the quote once it was created. The fact that it's easy to use and very easy to train someone to use is the start of what makes it a good product.
  • If you need a template PandaDoc has plenty for you to tailor to your specific needs.
  • Obtaining electronic signatures for your quotes and the ability to store the quote is a PandaDoc plus.
  • It's very easy to use. Simple yet professional.
  • It works with HubSpot but not like I'd like.
  • It's hard to find fault with PandaDoc, what it does it does well.
  • Sometimes customers can't open documents but I don't necessarily know that it's a PandaDoc issue.
  • Definitely a time saver.
  • Makes it easier to send quotes and other time-sensitive documents.
  • Most customers find it easy to use.
Although our team is always sending quotes; everyone's quote isn't the same. PandaDoc allows you to send quotes with the same aesthetic even though the information is different. The templates allow you to create uniformity across the company when information is being shared so that it doesn't appear as if you are receiving information from several different sources.
Once the quote has been sent and signed the work can begin. Our sales team is always on the go. They can work with a customer that has signed their documents from anywhere. They aren't trapped by their computer and the notifications make it that much easier. Being able to put PandaDoc on your phone is great as well.
The documents look professional because they are. The quote template that we use works very well for our organization. It creates a uniform aesthetic which is what you want. It's like sending the same calling card with different information. When sending documents to a customer, first impressions are everything. PandaDoc helps you to make a seamlessly good first impression with their templates, the content and the rest is up to the user.

  • I think any business that would benefit from creating better workflows would benefit from using PandaDoc.
While they are similar, with PandaDoc you get more for your money and the fact that you can use CRM's with PandaDoc makes it better. I've only used DocuSign to sign documents. Sending quotes from PandaDoc has been a good experience and customer support is great. Having a PandaDoc contact also makes us feel supported.

It's great for sending quotes, it's user-friendly, would be great for someone who needs to create various document templates, especially documents that require signatures. You can create a template and replicate it for use repeatedly. It helps you to track the progress of a quote once it's sent. It's good for a company that sends high volumes of quotes, especially for the sales side of things.
