Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc
PandaDoc was used to send sales quotes. It simplified the process of sending quotes and allowed you to keep track of the quote once it was created. The fact that it's easy to use and very easy to train someone to use is the start of what makes it a good product.
- If you need a template PandaDoc has plenty for you to tailor to your specific needs.
- Obtaining electronic signatures for your quotes and the ability to store the quote is a PandaDoc plus.

Once the quote has been sent and signed the work can begin. Our sales team is always on the go. They can work with a customer that has signed their documents from anywhere. They aren't trapped by their computer and the notifications make it that much easier. Being able to put PandaDoc on your phone is great as well.

While they are similar, with PandaDoc you get more for your money and the fact that you can use CRM's with PandaDoc makes it better. I've only used DocuSign to sign documents. Sending quotes from PandaDoc has been a good experience and customer support is great. Having a PandaDoc contact also makes us feel supported.
