Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

We use PandaDoc to streamline all of the proposals and work orders that we send to our business prospects. PandaDoc templates ingest structured data from Zoho CRM and handles access and electronic signatures.

Pros

  • Speeds the proposal making process
  • Standardize the look and feel of our proposals
  • Make electronic signature easy

Cons

  • Modifying active proposals sometimes leads to confusion between versions
  • The WYSIWYG for templates can be tricky to use when CSS are involved
  • Better multilanguage support for system features would be great (like email signature, email templates, etc)
  • Significantly less time spent creating documents
  • Better closing experience for customer
  • Enabled trusted electronic signature

PandaDoc is a perfect fit for automating and speeding standard proposals. For custom proposals or sales scenarios that are uncommon, it is usually quicker to draft in Word and share PDF.
