Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc
We started using PandaDoc in late 2022 as a new way to quote our customers. Since then, we have closed more sales than our previous quoting software. PandaDoc helps us create hands-on, visually pleasing proposals and estimates. Gone are the days of single-line quotes for your customers! Give them all the details, attach pictures, attach videos. Show them what they want to purchase. Then bundle everything inside a personalized room, and you don't have to find attachments long lost in an email chain. PandaDoc is constantly evolving; staying updated with the new content will help your company close more deals than ever before.
Pros
- Personalized design for your quotes and proposals.
- Rooms for organizing files and checklists for our clients.
- Custom forms for posting on your personal website.
Cons
- Automatic tax calculations or tax rates inside quotes.
- Formulas in tables.
- Automatic page breaks that don't separate a pricing table from the next page leave behind a 30% filled page when printing/viewing.
- PandaDoc helps remove follow-up emails and calls. Let PandaDoc send a reminder. If your quote is set to expire, you can do your job by following up via phone or email.
- Better Customer experience. Everyone is happy to use an interactive quote where they can choose what items to adjust and add in while working the total around their budget.
- Have not visited other ways outside of sales at the moment.
We still use Quickbooks for invoicing but are looking into other products that integrate with PD better than Quickbooks. That way we can quote and invoice from PD.
