Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

We use PandaDoc to send contracts to clients for approval and signing. We like the form fields that make it easy for a client to fill in the necessary information and the contract's visibility in the funnel.

Pros

  • Contract approval.
  • Approval workflow.

Cons

  • Formatting and adding graphics/visual elements could be much easier.
  • We liked many features, but after testing them in beta, they became a paid add-on feature, making PandaDoc quite pricey.
  • Increased accuracy with approval workflows.
  • Time saved with contract templates and sending.
  • Increased visibility in contract signing flow.
  • We only use PandaDoc for sales.
All very similar offerings. PandaDoc is one of the few that provided an approval workflow that we required.

As a marketing agency, we previously used PandaDoc to create custom client proposals, utilize the catalog and pricing tables, and send client contracts. Originally, PandaDoc did not have the quote builder feature to allow for separate one-time vs. monthly charges; once that feature was added, it came with an additional cost. Needing something more visually robust and easier to edit and manipulate, we eventually moved the custom proposal out of PandaDoc to a different platform and currently only use PandaDoc for gathering signed contracts.
