Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

We use Paycom as our HR platform throughout our whole workforce for clocking in and out, requesting time off, performance reviews and tracking, benefits enrollment, and many more HR related actions.
  • Simple structure to the system
  • Ease of use
  • Allows customization to match company branding
  • The transition from Client access to Employee access within the system is not as easy as it could be.
  • They could simplify the standard view, there are several tiles that are infrequently used that do not need to be as prominent on the homepage
  • Some aspects are not easy to use and could be formatted a little differently to ease use.
  • Paycom has been a very positive addition to our company.
During my time with the company, we have not used any other products.
Overall support is great and quick.

Paycom is well suited for small to medium sized companies with simple company structures. A larger company might find it more difficult to use to track performance on large teams or if there are multiple levels of structure within the company.
