Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

The Paycom app is used across the origination and is very helpful for employees. Especially with electronic signatures on HR docs, saving employees time as they don't come in when it's not their shift. The time off request has made management much easier. Multiple languages is a nice feature for us as well.

Paycom is running circles around ADP in app innovation. ADP has multiple programs, so you have to leave the app and go to another, closing the first app. ADP outsources its services, causing crashes and delays. Paycom is altogether on one app and has everything you and your employees (and managers) need night and day.
Paycom has top-notch customer service and is leading the way in payroll innovation. It is obvious they are on the up. The app is fantastic and they are very helpful if you ever have issues.

Paycom offers a wide variety of services that are useful for small businesses but better for big businesses. Paycom makes it easy to choose the services you need, this saves money for smaller companies with less revenue. Paycom’s app is fantastic and great for managers and employees alike. Saving time for both parties, worth the investment
