Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

As a whole, we use it as an HR portal. It is also where hourly workers log hours. I personally don’t deal with the website on a deeper level than that but I’ve only heard good things from my supervisor regarding the time clocks. It really helps with time management from hourly employees to management.

I enjoy how easy it is to login and clock my hours. It is also nice to see the hours set up in a weekly timesheet. I also love how it lists out the benefits my company offers, both current and historical. It is also really easy to track PTO accruals and balances.

I have never had to reach out to Paycom Support. I have never had issues.
I can't answer the first question, but as an employee one of the things I love about Paycom is how easy it is to access HR information.
