Paycom is being used by the HR department to streamline core HR processes that are necessary for managing and retaining talent. We use it to track employee lifecycle through all stages from hiring, tracking to paying employees and the entire employee information is managed in this single solution. It is also used as an onboarding solution that ensures new hires adapt to the company quickly.
