Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

We use Paycom for our payroll and HR processes across our entire organization. It allows for all our documentation to be housed in one location for easy access. It also assists with compliance for FMLA and OSHA record keeping. Beginning with the onboarding process, all the way through termination is one stop shopping to digitally house all our documentation.

Pros

  • Responsiveness to customer needs - The are able to assign a dedicated specialist who will be able to help resolve issues quickly.
  • Training - There are always webinars and online tools to assist you in learning what you need to know.
  • Innovation - Paycom is always staying ahead of the curve by adding new products to their already robust platform.

Cons

  • Set up of new file feeds takes too long from implementation to production.
  • The home screen is not able to be customized by the user.
  • Saves time - Relieves the need for paper processes
  • Reduces Administrative Costs - Allows HR to process everything digitally
Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
Paycom is a user friendly platform that allows for all payroll and HR processes to be integrated into one platform. As a company with 300 team members, it allows for employees to access their benefits, make direct deposit changes, elect benefits, [and] view paychecks, which takes a large burden off the HR and Payroll departments. Employees are able to access all this information from a mobile device which makes it most valuable for a remote work force.
